Statute

MPU activities are carried out in accordance with the MPU Statute. Procedures of the Statute are specified in the Rules. For any matter not covered by the Statute, the laws of Italy (the official location of the MPU) must be adhered to.

The first Mediterranean Phytopathological Union Statute was filed in 1974 with notary Alfredo Tassitani Farfaglia, when the deed of incorporation “ as a new Scientific Association”, was signed.

The present MPU Statute was approved by the MPU Assembly on June, 27, 2024.
